Refund Policy - the basics

The Prospect Draft Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Training Programs

• Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the program has not started.

• Once training begins, refunds are not offered except for documented medical reasons.

2. Monthly Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

• Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.

• Sessions do not roll over month to month unless stated in the membership plan.

3. Camps / Clinics / Events

• Cancel 7+ days before the event → Full credit toward another program.

• Cancel within 7 days → 50% credit.

• No-show → No credit or refund.

4. Weather / Facility Closures

• Sessions canceled due to severe weather or facility issues will be rescheduled or credited.

5. Medical Refunds

Refunds or credits may be approved with medical documentation preventing continued participation.
